Reiki & Energy Healing for Horses
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle form of energy work that supports the body’s natural ability to relax, rebalance, and heal.
Reiki offers a gentle, non-invasive way to support your horse’s wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.
Whether your horse is feeling unsettled, recovering from injury, struggling with tension, or simply in need of some quiet support, Reiki can help bring the body back into balance.
Working calmly and intuitively with your horse, I allow them the space to relax and release in their own time. Sessions are led by your horse, not forced, and can be particularly beneficial for those who may be sensitive, anxious, or difficult to work with using hands-on therapies.
Reiki is often used alongside bodywork, helping to support recovery, reduce tension, and promote a sense of calm and comfort throughout the whole horse.

Reiki may be right for your horse if they:
- Seem anxious, sensitive, or easily overwhelmed
- Have experienced changes in behaviour or mood
- Are recovering from injury, illness, or a stressful event
- Hold tension in their body without an obvious physical cause
- Find hands-on therapies difficult or need a quieter approach
- Are struggling to settle, focus, or relax
- Or, you feel there’s something “not quite right,” but can’t put your finger on it
Reiki sessions often naturally open the door to a deeper level of awareness and connection with your horse.
Alongside energy healing, I may pick up on subtle insights into how your horse is feeling, physically, emotionally, or in response to their environment. This can help highlight areas of discomfort, tension, or concern that may not always be obvious.
This quiet, intuitive approach allows your horse to be heard in a different way, helping to build a clearer picture of what they may need to feel more comfortable, settled, and supported.
Everything is guided by your horse, at their pace, with their wellbeing always at the centre. This can be especially helpful for horses who are sensitive, have experienced change, or where the root of an issue isn’t always clear.
The aim is always the same, a horse who feels more relaxed, settled and comfortable in themselves.
